# VISION 2025 Curious about the new midterm direction? Below you can find all information about AIESEC 2025 and your role in its implementation. Because each of us, AIESECers, has a contribution to it! {% embed url="" %} ## A2025 DIRECTION ELEMENTS Our mid-term direction has various elements, each element plays a specific role in making our dream for AIESEC become a reality in the next 5 years. The elements are Vision Statements, Culture, Metrics & Goals, Strategic Roadmap and, Roadmap Projects. ## THE VISION STATEMENTS These three statements are the aspirational description of what we as an organization want to achieve in the Next 5 years. In order for us to be able to achieve it, we cannot overlook one of the most important components which defines the success of organizations - culture. There is one MoS (a measure of success) which is the ultimate measure of success of AIESEC for the next 5 years and there are metrics that correspond to each statement. Entities contribute to each statement by planning strategies to achieve each one of the metrics. Each vision statement has certain metrics and those metrics have clear strategies that map out the overall 5-year action plan.
