[NST '24] OD Coordinator
Job Description
Assist in developing and customizing OD structures to align with local realities and organizational goals.
Collaborate with MXP members and LCs to implement OD initiatives and track performance metrics (PDI, HDI).
Support the design and delivery of education cycles for OD, including workshops, training sessions, and seminars.
Collect and analyze data for SONA and SOGA evaluations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of collaboration and synergy among LCs, encouraging participation in international conferences and learning experiences.
Develop and maintain documentation and resources related to OD processes and best practices.

Requirements
2-3 years in organizational development, project management, or a related field, with previous involvement in AIESEC or similar youth organizations preferred.
Strong project management and excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, demonstrates leadership qualities, is culturally aware, and committed to personal and professional growth.
Key Performance Indicator
Implementation of OD structures across all LCs, tailored to local needs and organizational goals.
Performance Metrics: Improvement in key performance indicators (PDI, HDI) by at least 20% over the tenure.
Education and Training: Conduct at least 4 successful education cycles for OD, with positive feedback from participants.
Data Collection and Analysis: Accurate and timely data collection for SONA and SOGA evaluations, with actionable insights provided to the MC.
Collaboration and Synergy: Enhanced collaboration among LCs, evidenced by increased participation in joint initiatives and international conferences.
