Job Description

  • Responsible to make a strategy on how to draw and attract people to send people abroad for the Outgoing Global Talent Exchange program

  • Responsible to create Strategy online or offline marketing for the Product.

  • To assist train and educate people within Aiesec when they speak to someone about the Outgoing Global Talent Program.

  • To Ensure the team gets and arranges the proper database when they go for offline marketing attraction campaign

  • OGTA Creative Team which is responsible to create social media posts to promote OGTA

Mandatory skills required to learn in the function.

  • Create social media posts.

  • Able to present to large audiences at career talks or stimulate 1-1 discussions at career booths/virtual.

  • Undertake EPM role.

  • Hype up OGTA.

  • Attend entities IR calls when necessary
