Congratulations!

You're being selected as one of the Team Leaders of your department. Now what? If you're still not familiar with your department, it is recommended that you go through it again here.

Being a team leader requires you to be prepared in managing people, which means that you will have people to manage and take care of. Being a good team leader on the other hand requires you to be empathetic, which means you need to understand people and be connected with them on a personal level.

Team Leaders General Responsibilities

  • Deliver team standards according to the focus of each month.

  • Participate in the LC Meetings.

  • Deliver regular updates in regular LC Meetings.

  • Report & keep accountability on tracking tools.

  • Participate in local & national conferences.

  • Co-deliver new member functional inductions & onboarding.

  • Support members in doing operations (feedback and assist).

  • Synergize with your functional VP/TLs on strategies & downscale to team members
