LCVP oGTe

• To plan and execute all the operations in UAE related to OGTE Function

• To ensure the smooth functioning of OGTE - Relations & Communications (R&C) Team

  1. By setting targets and goals for International Relation Calls with Aiesec entities around the world to create the most relevant opportunities for our customers

  2. Looking up to the University Relation contacts to pitch to our potential audience

  3. Ensuring the applicants have the correct visa, legalities, and other requirements when sending participants abroad.

  4. Ensure that the team handle interested sign-ups, ensure a smooth process for delegation of roles and provide assistance in sign-up

• To ensure the smooth functioning of the oGTe Research & Design (R&D) Team which is responsible to:

  1. Undertake social media campaigns & email marketing to promote OGTE.

  2. Devise strategies to attract intended audiences for OGTE for virtual, on-campus, promotional & career fair events.

  3. Ensure proper follow-through and analyze social media statistics for better implementation of future campaigns.

  4. Strong knowledge of attractive elements and focus points of each opportunity that is provided in respective countries.

• To ensure all members are provided with the adequate training which is required to:

  1. Create social media posts.

  2. Able to present to large audiences at career talks or stimulate 1-1 discussions at career booths/virtual.

  3. Undertake EPM role.

  4. Hype up OGTE.

  5. Attend entities' IR calls when necessary.

  6. To ensure all the members who are working in the oGTe function get their space to grow and create a space for them to build their leadership quality, which is the core focus of Aiesec.
