Yes, after a few months we finally found the answer.
Simply put, any person who takes an opportunity with AIESEC, goes through a journey which helps them develop 4 qualities, which we consider vital for a Leader.
As we said, every AIESECergoes through a journey; a journey of skill development, and a lot of self-exploration. We call it the Inner & Outer Journey. This journey is what helps an AIESEC member develop leadership qualities.
As a member of AIESEC, you will be a part of a Global Learning Environment, which will comprise all these spaces.
AIESEC members create opportunities for other young people to experience an Inner & Outer Journey, to develop leadership qualities. How? By delivering our products to them.
