# Welcome to AIESEC in UAE Knowledge Hub

In this Knowledge Hub, you will find all (almost) information you need during your AIESEC experience. Use it wisely, because with power comes responsibility.

Yes, after a few months we finally found the answer.

## Again, what happens to an AIESEC Member?

Simply put, any person who takes an opportunity with AIESEC, goes through a journey which helps them develop 4 qualities, which we consider vital for a Leader.

## Okay. But how are these qualities really developed?

As we said, every AIESECergoes through a journey; a journey of skill development, and a lot of self-exploration. We call it the Inner & Outer Journey. This journey is what helps an AIESEC member develop leadership qualities.

## But what really makes this Inner-outer Journey possible?

As a member of AIESEC, you will be a part of a Global Learning Environment, which will comprise all these spaces.
