Team Leader Case Solving
Job Description
Strategic management: ensuring that Case Solving has a strategy, focuses, and initiatives planned.
Setting collaboration with ICB, MC, EST, LC, and compliance team.
Track the ECB email and make sure that all the emails will be answered in 24h.
Be in contact with ICB Team Leaders to downscale the content to the plenary and follow the needed deadline for case solving.
Creating educational content for case solving flow.
Co-initiate strategies for proactive standards implementation, tracking and EP support strategies with ECB Chair.
Solving cases with the team that is connected with APIP, Code of Ethics, ER, or Partnership Principles violations.
Provide monthly reports to entity plenary with recommendations regarding the Cases that are connected with APIP, Code of Ethics, ER, or Partnership principles violations.
Manage the responsible ECB department, distribute cases and track progress with team members.
Providing business intelligence reports on analysis for LCs progress and tracking next steps for each national congress.
Ensure team standards for case solving team.
Responsible for communication with the MC team about the cases and processes.
