Team Leader Case Solving

Job Description

  • Strategic management: ensuring that Case Solving has a strategy, focuses, and initiatives planned.

  • Setting collaboration with ICB, MC, EST, LC, and compliance team.

  • Track the ECB email and make sure that all the emails will be answered in 24h.

  • Be in contact with ICB Team Leaders to downscale the content to the plenary and follow the needed deadline for case solving.

  • Creating educational content for case solving flow.

  • Co-initiate strategies for proactive standards implementation, tracking and EP support strategies with ECB Chair.

  • Solving cases with the team that is connected with APIP, Code of Ethics, ER, or Partnership Principles violations.

  • Provide monthly reports to entity plenary with recommendations regarding the Cases that are connected with APIP, Code of Ethics, ER, or Partnership principles violations.

  • Manage the responsible ECB department, distribute cases and track progress with team members.

  • Providing business intelligence reports on analysis for LCs progress and tracking next steps for each national congress.

  • Ensure team standards for case solving team.

  • Responsible for communication with the MC team about the cases and processes.
