Job Description
Work with the TM and OD EST to ensure delivery of the MXP standards.
Provide network support for change management for the MXP product.
Co-create and manage the centralized MXP dashboard for data driven decisions
Measure impact from implementation of MXP standards
Manage and track the performance of TLs in LC-assigned
- track and report the MXP Funnels monthly
- Ensure the MXP standard implementation in LCs as well as NMS surveys in the LCS
