[NST '24] MXP Standard Manager

Job Description

  • Work with the TM and OD EST to ensure delivery of the MXP standards.

  • Provide network support for change management for the MXP product.

  • Co-create and manage the centralized MXP dashboard for data driven decisions

  • Measure impact from implementation of MXP standards

  • Manage and track the performance of TLs in LC-assigned

  • - track and report the MXP Funnels monthly

  • - Ensure the MXP standard implementation in LCs as well as NMS surveys in the LCS
