ECB Chair

Job Description

  • Provide quarterly reports to the national plenary with recommendations on ethical issues related to operations and brief updates on activities of the body, including but not limited to consultancies offered, cases solved, audits conducted, and its results.

  • Conduct physical or virtual audits on local committees to ensure all operations are run in accordance with the AIESEC Exchange Program Policies and operational ethics as detailed in the APIP.

  • Provide support to the plenary through:

    • Offering consultancy upon request on the interpretation of APIP and AEPP to all LCs and EPs.

    • Delivering an education cycle about AEPP, APIP, Code of Ethics, and Exchange Standards to the plenary.

  • Represent the ECB in national legislation meetings, when necessary, by reporting the board’s progress and contributing to discussions related to the purpose of the ECB.

  • Represent the ECB in the Harassment committee in cases involving exchanges.

  • Complete all Surveys downscaled by ICB.

  • Ensure that the ECB Establishment letter is updated and sent to ICB Provide quarterly reports to ICB, including but not limited to:

    • consultancies offered, cases solved, audits conducted, and its results.
