LCVP oGTa

• To plan and execute all the operations in UAE related to oGTa Function

• To ensure the smooth functioning of oGTa Operations team.

  1. Which is responsible to handle people who signed up with Aiesec to go on an OGTA Program.

  2. Which is responsible to perform International Relation Calls with other Aiesec Countries around the world to look for projects around the world.

  3. Guiding them by hunting for the best opportunities which are suitable for the target audience in terms of visa and other legalities.

  4. Make sure the applications we send of our EPs are matching with the requirement of the opportunity.

  5. By following up with the team to make sure they provide all assistance from Aiesec to the people who are going on oGTa exchange.

• To ensure the smooth functioning of the OGTA Attraction team

  1. Which is responsible to make a strategy on how to draw and attract people to send people on OGTA Exchange Abroad.

  2. To Create Strategy online or offline marketing for the Product.

  3. To Train people within Aiesec when they speak to someone about OGTA.

  4. To Ensure the team gets and arranges the proper database when they go for an offline marketing attraction campaign

• To ensure smooth functioning of the oGTa Creative Team which is responsible to create social media posts to promote OGTA.

• To ensure all members are provided with the adequate training which is required to:

  1. Create social media posts.

  2. Able to present to large audiences at career talks or stimulate 1-1 discussions at career booths/virtual.

  3. Undertake EPM role.

  4. Hype up OGTA.

  5. Attend entities' IR calls when necessary.

• To ensure all the members who are working in the oGTa function get their space to grow and create a space for them to build their leadership quality, which is the core focus of Aiesec.
