Job Description
Responsible to make a strategy on how to draw and attract people to send people abroad for the Outgoing Global Talent Exchange program
Responsible to create Strategy online or offline marketing for the Product.
To assist train and educate people within Aiesec when they speak to someone about the Outgoing Global Talent Program.
To Ensure the team gets and arranges the proper database when they go for offline marketing attraction campaign
Mandatory skills required to learn in the function.
Create social media posts.
Able to present to large audiences at career talks or stimulate 1-1 discussions at career booths/virtual.
Undertake EPM role.
Hype up OGTA.
Attend entities IR calls when necessary
