Job Description

• Will be responsible to handle people who signed up with Aiesec to go on an OGTA Program.

• Do International Relation Calls with other Aiesec Countries around the world to look for projects around the world.

• Looking for the best opportunities which are suitable for the target audience in terms of visa and other legalities.

• Make sure to downscale the right kind of opportunity for the attraction team to work on strategy.

• Make sure the applications we send of our EPs are matching with the requirement of the opportunity.

• To make sure to provide all assistance from Aiesec to the people who are going on OGTA exchange.

Mandatory skills required to learn in the function.

• Create social media posts.

• Able to present to large audiences at career talks or stimulate 1-1 discussions at career booths/virtual.

• Undertake EPM role.

• Hype up OGTA.

• Attend entities IR calls when necessary
