Induction for Newbies

After each recruitment cycle is completed, an induction session is conducted for the newbies to get to know more about AIESEC and get geared up to start their membership journey. We introduce them to the AIESEC culture, the leadership body, the never-ending abbreviations and an overall positive first impression of AIESEC in UAE.
