Job Description

• Downscaling educational content and evolving the current system for ICX and OGX.

• Being responsible from assigned LCs or SUs and making sure of the educational downscaling.

• Co-creation of implementation and tracking strategies within MCVP Operations and ECB Chair.

• Responsible for communication to the network about educations of the documents.

• Responsible for communication with ECB Chair about main gaps in the network.

• Providing business intelligence reports on analysis for LCs progress and next steps for each national congress and to monthly to MC

• Track TMs of Developers to make sure that needed education content has reached to LCs.

• Tracking educations to the plenary.

• Making sure from, LCs’ Performance Management and Health Management in terms of Compliance Matrix.

• Be in content with ECB Team to downscale the content to the plenary

• Delivering the synergy between ECB and LC.

• Provide LCs Coaching and create follow-ups to support.

• Ensure team standards implementation for Development Team.

• Guarantee weekly/monthly reporting for MC and LCPs Commission.
