During this workshop, you will learn about sustainable development as a business transformation enabler, that allows companies and organizations to focus on their strategic goals, along with boosting their productivity, recognition, and innovation adoption. At the end of this workshop you will learn the best way to start working with the SDGs, and how do we focus on the long-term goals while taking everyday actions.
Some of the questions you will attack are:
The SDGs are highly interconnected, so how is it possible to make real change with just a few of them?
GreenWashing, - How do I as a leader ensure real impact and not lip service?

This workshop will highlight the importance of sustainable sanitation in combatting climate change and the Covid-19 pandemic. You will learn why this issue is so important, with a video montage showing toilet roll panic buying during the 2020 lock-down, and a brief history of World Toilet Day and recent campaigns. You will then meet Shakra and Mighty Girl (cartoon characters from Stan Lee and GEMS education) and be challenged to develop a new story for the heroes in combatting one of the challenges that sanitation causes.
